The picture shows a large body – probably a rock, surrounded by some moving organisms. The sample was provided during recitation, the TA said it is from the Turtle pond.

The original picture makes the organism in the center to have the size of about 0.5cm x 0.2 cm. The foldscope magnification is 140x, so the actual size of the organism is on the order of 3×10^-4m by 1×10^-4m.
