This is my final post for day 2, covering the potato peel and flesh samples under 340X.

Here are my photographs for the potato peel under 340X magnification.

Under this magnification, the cells look much bigger and their structure is more discernible.

Next, we have the potato flesh sample. Here are my photographs.

All previous observations are visible however we get a more clear, enlarged view of the parenchyma cells which contain the starch grains.

Next, I will be covering the samples we covered on day 3.
