Thanks is due to the entire team Himalayan Volunteer Tourism Meeting them in person was a joy dear to the heart, engaged with 40 members of the school teachers and students thanks Mahima Mehra for knitting me to this school. We have done several online teachers training programs here in these schools in Assam.

Indebted to Sunil Taye Sir, Laxmi mam and all the teachers, Principal mam Ms.Joba Purukasthya who made it feel so warm and cared for. The students were engaged and were trully amazed at being able to handle the tool so light and easy to carry. The school has even taken this activity beyond the workshop will share in my next post.

The program was well received with teachers asking questions in Assamese and generated positive feedback, with students waiting to use the tool in their next expedition to their neighbouring ecosystems.

As part of the initiative, 5 Foldscopes were given to the school to build a foldscope community.
